After years of intensive research, you can find the research results of the BRuG-research, about needs for reintegration and reduction of recidivism among incarcerated persons in Flanders and Brussels. This research is commissioned by the Agency of Justice and Enforcement. The PALD research group collaborated with the University of Ghent and the University of Antwerp on this large-scaled research project. Needs, challenges and chances on re-integration for people in prisons in Flanders and Brussels were examined from a holistic perspective. This resulted in 6 reports with a diversity of insights in the experienced needs for reintegration, and what this could mean for the activities and services in prison.
